The Bindi Sergardi properties extend for about 1000 hectares in the province of Siena. The origins of the Bindi Sergardi family date back to 1349. Valiant noblemen, great farmers, captains and bishops, the family has been producing wine for 23 generations.
A perfect aperitif wine. Paper white colour with golden highlights. An intense bouquet, with hints of peach and pear. Fresh and tasty, mineral with good acidity.
Grape: Malvasia (50%), Trebbiano (30%) and Chardonnay (20%)
Region: Siena, Tuscany
Viticulture and Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16/18 C. Matured in stainless for a few months before bottling.
